Disciplinary proceedings against Robert A. St. Pierre initiated by an order of this court for the defend ant to show cause why he should not be subjected to disciplinary action as a result of his conviction in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, upon a plea of guilty, for the willful failure to file an income tax return for the year 1967. He was sentenced on February 16, 1973, for a period of six months which was suspended, placed on probation for one year and fined $10,000. 26 U.S.C. § 7203 (1964).
