This is an action in trespass for injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligent operation of a street car by defendant’s motorman. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. Upon refusal of the court below to grant defendant’s motion for a new trial or motion for judgment non obstante veredicto, judgment was entered on the verdict. This appeal followed.
