MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON SONYA L. SALKIN’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S CLAIM OF EXEMPTION

I. Introduction

The matter before the Court is Sonya L. Salkin’s (“Salkin”) objection to the home stead exemption of David B. Gaudreault (the “Debtor”). The Debtor filed the prerequisite to a Massachusetts homestead, a Declaration of Homestead, after an involuntary petition was filed against him but before the order for relief was entered.
