I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’s Motion for Class Certification. Lead Plaintiffs,1 Suzanne and Gerald Bentley (the “Bentleys”) and Reeinda and William Bow-shier (the “Bowshiers”) (collectively “Plaintiffs” or “named Plaintiffs”), filed this action against Defendants, Honeywell International, Inc. (“Honeywell”) and Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc.
