B. L. E. Realty Corp. v. Parker

This case is here for review upon writ of error to a final judgment rendered in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, in favor of plaintiff — defendant in error here — in the sum of $1500.00 for damages based upon alleged breaches of a bilateral truck gardening contract, a copy of which is attached as an exhibit to the declaration.
