This is an appeal from the trial court’s dismissal of an appeal for failure to timely file a transcript. Held:

Appellant timely filed a notice of appeal from a judgment on March 2,1983, requesting that the trial transcript be included in the record on appeal. The transcript was not filed within 30 days as required by law and, no request for an extension of time to file the transcript having been made, appellee moved to dismiss the appeal in April.
