The dispute in this case centers around the Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Indian Tribes’ (hereinafter “Tribes”) acquisition of 37 acres of land in Churchill County, and the United States taking that land into trust pursuant to Section 103(A) of Title I of Pub.L. 101-618.
