Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Richards, J.), rendered February 9, 2009, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of leaving the scene of an incident without reporting.

In September 2008, defendant was arraigned on an indictment that charged him with leaving the scene of an incident without reporting and two counts of tampering with physical evidence.
