The plaintiffs in this action seek an injunction against the erection by the defendant of a moderate rental housing development, a declaratory judgment determining whether the legislation under which the defendant purports to act is constitutional, and other relief. The court sustained the defendant’s demurrer to the complaint, and the plaintiffs have appealed from the judgment entered upon their refusal to plead over.
