This is in response to your request for an opinion concerning the operation of the Green Acres Nursing Home in Paragould, Arkansas. You note that the facility is governed and operated by a nonprofit corporation, the predecessor of which was the old County Poor Farm. The real property, however, is held in the name of Greene County.
