Before the Court is the motion of the defendants National Rural Electric Cooperative Association and Glenn L. English (“English”) *951(defendants are jointly referred to as “NRECA”), to dismiss the above-captioned matter for lack of personal jurisdiction, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2).
