Petitioner in this article 78 proceeding seeks an order directing respondents to grant petitioner a degree of Associate of Arts.

Petitioner enrolled in Schenectady County Community College in September, 1969 as a full time student for the purpose of securing an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts.
