Because I conclude that Property Owners’ action could properly be brought only under the Governmental Tort Liabilities Act, Tenn.Code Ann. § 29-20-201, Peterson v. Putnam Cnty., No. M2005-02222-COA-R3-CV, 2006 WL 3007516, at *11 (Tenn.Ct.App. Oct.19, 2006); Britton v. Claiborne Cnty., 898 S.W.2d 220, 222 (Tenn.Ct.App.1994), and Property Owners steadfastly maintain that they do not proceed under that statute, I concur in the affirmance.
