This case is before the court for consideration of a motion to dismiss filed on behalf of defendants Champion Building Products, a Division of Champion International Corporation (Champion), Honorable William H. Anderson (Anderson) and Buddy East (East), (hereafter sometimes collectively referred to as the Local Defendants).
