MAGILL, Senior Circuit Judge:

Dr. Philip McMaster, a beneficiary of the Wassaw Island Trust (“Trust”), appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the United States in connection with his action, brought under the Quiet Title Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2409a, alleging that the United States is breaching various written and oral covenants made in connection with its purchase of land formerly owned by the Trust. Because the district court lacked subject matter jurisdiction under the Quiet Title Act, we vacate its order of summary judgment and remand with instructions that the case…
