ORDER OVERRULING MOTION FOR TURNOVER OF VEHICLE

THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on July 5, 2001, upon the Debtor’s Emergency Motion for Turnover of Vehicle. The Debtor contends that, notwithstanding the repossession of her vehicle prior to the commencement of this case, she retains title to the vehicle, and as such, is entitled to immediate possession.
