[Fechheimer, Goodkind & Company and Guggenheimer & Steinhardt filed their bill, on behalf of themselves and other creditors, against E. G. Shannon & Company, and alleged, in brief, as follows: They are creditors of E. G. Shannon & Company, holding notes given by the defendants in settlement of accounts for merchandise amounting to $2,792.32, principal.
