GREENAWAY, JR., Circuit Judge.
Appellant International Fidelity Insurance Company appeals the District Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellees on their claims for breach of *135surety bonds. For the following reasons, we will affirm.
I.BACKGROUND
Appellees are trust funds established under collective bargaining agreements (“CBAs”) between Local Union No. 30 of the United Union of Roofers, Waterproof-ers and Allied Workers and' two companies, Brown’s Roofing, Inc.
