|aHartford Casualty Insurance Company appeals from a judgment of the trial granting plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of coverage. For the reasons stated more fully herein, we affirm.

Facts and Procedural History

This litigation originally began on December 9,1997 with a petition for damages filed by Henry Sauviac against defendant James Michael Dobbins for defamation, malicious prosecution and negligence.
