This is an action in case begun by William J. Jackson as receiver of the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Bailroad Company against Alice Johnson as executrix of the estate of Harper Daniel, deceased, to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by the derailing of a train of said railroad because of the negligence of Harper Daniel. The declaration contains several counts.
