¶ 1. The petitioner, James Multaler, seeks review of a published court of appeals decision affirming his conviction on a plea to 28 counts of possession of child pornography. Police found the pornographic materials in Multaler's house while executing a search warrant for evidence implicating him in a series of homicides. He asserts that the affidavit accompanying the warrant application was insufficient to establish probable cause to believe that items relating to the homicides would be located in his house.
