The plaintiff is a corporation located in the city of Cincinnati. The defendant is the Treasurer of Hamilton County. The action is brought to be relieved against a threatened distress, for the collection of a tax, which is claimed to be illegal and unjust. The mode of relief asked, is that by injunction, and this is asked as the final *300judgment in the action, and as a provisional remedy during the litigation.
