This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of McLean county, denying the probate of a will. The will in question was executed by Peter P. Ilultberg on June 17th, 1908. He died April 12th, 1921, leaving surviving him his widow, one son and three daughters. He was possessed of property aggregating in value about $15,000. By the terms of the will all of this property was given to the son William, subject to a life estate to the mother (who is over seventy-five years of age) and legacies to the three daughters, aggregating $675.
