Gustafson v. Cotco Enterprises, Inc.

Defendant is appealing the following orders of the trial court (1) which enjoined it from constructing and operating a “drag strip” on its property in Berlin Township because such operation constituted a nuisance and was an unreasonable interference with plaintiffs’ use and enjoyment of their property and (2) which held that the plaintiffs are entitled to damages in the form of attorney fees and other expenses in prosecuting their suit.
