Sofía Collado appeals from a decision of the United States District Court for the *325Eastern District of New York (I. Leo Glas-ser, Judge) granting summary judgment to the United States in a civil forfeiture proceeding brought pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(7). Collado was required to forfeit a building she owned because it was used to facilitate the distribution of controlled substances in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841 and maintained for the use of narcotics distribution in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 856(a)(2). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
