Lindsay is now and bas for a number of years been Director of Finance of tbe city of Louisville, an office created by Section 2902-2, Kentucky Statutes, and as sueb receives tbe fixed annual salary of $4,999.92. On June 1, 1938,. be was appointed to and bas since beld tbe position of chief accountant and financial adviser of tbe City of Louisville Municipal Housing Commission and for bis services as sucb is paid tbe sum of $300 per month or tbe equivalent of $3,600 per annum, making bis total annual salary for tbe two positions…
