(“appellants”), seamen employed by Little Joe Trawler’s, Inc. whose in rem action against the F/V Marco Antonio for enforcement of their wage claims was dismissed, appeal from a final decree of foreclosure and order for disbursement entered February 12, 1985 in the District of Massachusetts, John J.
