On the filing of the tableau of distribution by the syndic of the insolvent estate of William Barldey, divers oppositions were made to its homologation by the following persons :

1st. By Joseph Le Carpentier, late provisional syndic of the said estate, claiming that the commission accruing to him as provisional syndic should have been calculated and charged at the rate of one per cent on the appraised value of the property surrendered by the insolvent, as per his schedule, to wit, on #27,000, for which the opponent had furnished the necessary *29bond and security, and not on - $6,250, the…
