This case in substance was before this court in a case between the same parties, based upon a bill in equity, filed by the appellant to enjoin the appellee from interfering with the business of appellant, at the April term, A. D. 1924, of this court, and a statement of the case as therein set forth, and the opinion of the court is particularly referred to, and to which opinion in this case the court specifically adheres.
