Arlene Pécora appeals from a final summary judgment determining that she was not entitled to exercise a right of first refusal in the sale, by a court-appointed receiver, of Signature Grand, a catering facility located in Broward County. We affirm, holding that, given the nature of the sale, and the express language of the agreement creating the right of first refusal, the trial court was correct in granting summary judgment.
