Appellant, Walter W. Brown, and appellee, Kathey M. Brown, were divorced on December 5, 1979, by decree of the chancery court of Union County, Arkansas. Custody of the minor children was awarded to appellee with certain visitation rights to appellant. On June 23, 1982, appellant filed a motion to amend child visitation. Appellee had moved to Ohio shortly after the divorce taking the children with her after posting a $1,000.00 bond. The chancellor ruled that in accordance with Ark. Stat.
