EVANS, Chief Justice.
The plaintiff, Pamela Sue Jones, appeals from a take-nothing summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Memorial Hospital System, R. William Warren, and Gene Ross.
The plaintiff, a registered nurse, was employed by Memorial Hospital System, and assigned to its intensive care unit. While so employed, she wrote an article, which was published in a local newspaper, expressing her concern about the conflict between the duty of hospital personnel to prolong life, and the right of terminally ill patients to die with dignity.
