This action was tried before the court from February 27 to March 7, 1996. Plaintiffs, Orlando Regional Healthcare System, Inc. (ORHS) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Orlando Regional South Seminole, Inc. (ORSS), sued Defendants alleging violations of the federal antitrust laws and breach of a joint venture agreement. The joint venture agreement (Agreement) governed the relationship between ORHS and Defendant HealthTrust, Inc.
