WEATHERBEE, Justice.

These two cases come before us on appeal.

The plaintiff, Mrs. Cushman, sustained personal injuries on January 28, 1966 when her husband’s automobile was involved in two separate collisions within a few minutes time. A Superior Court jury returned a verdict for both plaintiffs and the defendant’s appeal raises several issues as to instructions to the jury and rulings of the Court on admissibility of evidence of which one of the former is determinative of our problem.
