In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Orgera, J.), dated June 4,1981, which, after a hearing, denied their motion to dismiss defendant Gerald A. Zippen’s affirmative defense of *883lack of personal jurisdiction, and, in effect, granted Zippen’s cross motion to dismiss the action as to him. Order reversed, with $50 costs and disbursements, motion granted and cross motion denied.
