(“Apotex”), the appellants, and Uni-gene Laboratories, Inc. and Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Inc. (collectively, “Uni-gene”), the appellees, over claim 19 of U.S. Patent No. RE40,812E (“'812E patent”).
