I. INTRODUCTION
This products liability matter is before the Court on Defendant’s motion for summary judgment under Rule 56(c)(2), Fed. R.Civ.P. [Docket Item 51], and Plaintiffs motion to continue under Rule 56(f), Fed. R.Civ.P. [Docket Item 57].
