The opinion of the Court was delivered by "The above-entitled case was tried at the September Term, 1922, of the Court of General Sessions for the above-named County, and the defendant was convicted of receiving stolen goods of greater value than $20, the goods and chattels of J. Wiley Woodward. The same defendant was tried at a preceding term of the Court for a similar offense, alleging the receiving of stolen goods belonging to one Julia Brodie.
