BARNES, Judge.

Case Summary

Anthony Graves appeals the denial of his successive petition for post-conviction relief, We reverse and remand for further proceedings.

Issue

The sole issue for our review is whether the post-conviction court properly denied Graves' petition.

Facts

In 1981, Graves pled guilty to burglary, a Class B felony. In 1999, Graves filed a post-conviction relief petition, claiming that his plea was not entered knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily and that there was an insufficient factual basis to support the guilty plea.
