On August 24, 1926, J.N. Johnson, a resident of Washington county, and the owner of a large plantation in that county and the adjoining county of Sunflower, made his last will, and some time later in that year died. Mr. Johnson was a widower, and had four daughters, but no sons. His estate was heavily indebted; and he provided by his will that the executor or trustee thereunder should first pay all debts secured by lien, expressly stating in his will that the "command for the payment of said indebtedness shall be superior and paramount" to any other bequest or distribution.
