OPINION

BURKE, Justice.

This appeal arises from a marriage and partnership dissolution proceeding before Superior Court Judge Rodger Pegues. The marriage was annulled by a partial summary judgment order. The property claims were resolved after both a lengthy hearing before an appointed special master, and a nonjury trial. Judge Pegues awarded ap-pellee, Eileen Hansen, $72,000 as her pro rata share of the partnership, $20,586 in actual and punitive damages, $1,689.28 in costs and $21,932.11 in actual attorney’s fees.
