GEWIN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from rulings of the District Court for the Southern District of Florida, denying post conviction motions seeking, in essence, a reversal of pre-conviction rulings holding that the appellant is not immune from criminal prosecution. 1 The appellant Burns, along with a number of others, was indicted in the Southern District of Florida for violations of the Securities and Exchange Act.
