In this partition suit, a jury found that the property should be sold for partition, the chancellor decreed a sale, and one of the defendants, Beverly M. Medley, has appealed in error.
The complainants, Adron Medley and Alice Medley Snelgrove are the grandchildren and the defendants, Beverly M. and Luke Medley are sons of Zina A. and Sara Judd Medley who owned the land involved herein as tenants by the entireties.
