RAYMOND, District Judge.

By the bill of complaint filed herein the plaintiff, who sues as a grantee of Abbie E. Brundage and Reginald S. Ruggles, seeks a deeree. whereby certain trusts established by the last will and testament of Charles E. Ruggles shall be declared null and void. The bill of complaint sets forth that the legal heirs of testator are Harry E. Ruggles, Abbie E. Brundage, and Reginald S. Ruggles.
