Plaintiff in error, Mabel Young, filed her claim for compensation with the Industrial Commission under paragraph (d) of section 7 of the Workmen’s Compensation act as amended in 1929, alleging that her brother, Tom Sykes, upon whom she was dependent, sustained an accidental injury in the course of his employment for the Ayer & Lord Tie Company on December 16, 1930, and that as the result of such injury he died on the same day.
