Reell ex rel. Haskin v. Central Illinois Electric & Gas Co.

This is a garnishment proceeding, here on appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Winnebago county. The suit grows out of an antecedent judgment for $2,500 in favor of Charles Haskin against John Reell, on account of personal injuries to the plaintiff when struck by an automobile driven by the defendant. The garnishee answered that it had $55.60 on hand belonging to Reell as wages.
