Judson Lumber■ Corporation, a corporation, and R. J. & B. F. Camp Lumber Company, a corporation, filed tbeir bill in chancery against A. E. Silverthorne and others for the foreclosure of a mortgage upon certain described realty and personalty executed by A. E. Silverthorne and wife to appellants.
