This is a submission of a controversy upon an agreed statement of facts pursuant to sections 546-548 of the Civil Practice Act in which we are asked to determine whether the defendant is obligated to pay an accidental death benefit of $2,000.

On January 24, 1929, the defendant issued a $2,000 fifteen-year endowment insurance policy on the life of William O. Anderberg.
