Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Brennan, J.), dated February 27, 1985, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss an indictment charging him with criminal possession of stolen property in the first degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, illegal possession of a vehicle identification number plate, unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended, and making an improper turn, with leave to re-present the matter to another Grand Jury.
Ordered that the order is affirmed.
