¶ 1 Plaintiff, Perfect Choice Exteriors, LLC (Perfect Choice), sued Defendant Better Business Bureau of Central Illinois (BBB), alleging defamation, commercial disparagement, tortious interference with contract, and violations of the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act ( 815 ILCS 510/2 (West 2014) ).
